‘Hope Downs’ by Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever

Hope Downs‘ by Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever is about to release and if you’re a fan of indie rock you’ll want to grab your copy on June 15th! Probably one of the most anticipated indie releases this year, Rolling Blackouts Coastal Fever delivers a chill musical atmosphere with lyrical finesse. Their newest single ‘Talking Straight’ is about the possibility of being alone in the universe. Joe White (singer/guitarist) said in the press release,

“The concept came about when I heard someone talking about the possibility of us, humans, being alone in the universe, and how sad that would be,” White explained. “The idea in this song is that we might be lonely, but we could be lonely together.”

If you’re going to be at Coachella check them out April 15th and 20th at the Empire Polo Fields, maybe I’ll see you there. You can pre-order ‘Hope Downs’ now, it’s out June 15th.
