‘Pledge’ by The Sorority
Let’s all stop for a minute to recognize the force of nature that flows throughout the album ‘Pledge‘ by The Sorority? This is a rap super group without a doubt. I honestly don’t think I’ve seen a rap group this strong since Wu-Tang Clan. Mixing 4 personalities and styles isn’t always easy and is a rarity these days.
This isn’t a gimmick either, these ladies each have a sick flow and they sing the hooks as well. I’m talking REAL singing not some over produced talking that sounds those ‘Auto-Tune the News’ videos from years ago. From Rap to R&B and back and the overall vibe of the album is flawless.
