Stay A While by Intona
Stay A While by Intona is a little funk rock EP with a ton of soul. The groove is catchy. The rhythm is gonna get ya on the floor dancing. Then there is Miranda Capanelli, who sings her heart out with just as much passion as the other instrumentalists in the band. All of these forces combine to create a nice fusion funk rock album. This EP is a slight evolution from their debut self titled EP which the vocal arrangements were more pop inspired as opposed to the more soulful inspired arrangement on this EP. Stay A While showcases more of Capanelli’s abilities. Both are really great EPs and you should check them both out. A band that’s not afraid to experiment and evolve is a band that has staying potential and we look forward to hearing more from Intona in the future! Links to listen and follow the band below
