Heart of Stone by Satisfied Drive has a modern hard rock vibe with a classic 90’s hard rock soul. We get twelve guitar driven tracks full of pain. The songs play nicely from one to the next with a nice blend of tempos. You get a nice nineties style riff in the title track ‘Heart of stone’. Then we get ‘Back When We Were Friends’ , It’s a slower song that pulls at the heartstrings. ‘Medicine Man’ has that nice funky bass line that will grab hold of you. The band gives us that outlaw rebel vibe with ‘I killed a man’ and I have to say it is absolute perfection.
