Epilogue by Aaron Abernathy
You’ve gotta love it when an artists like Aaron Abernathy drop heartfelt music you can feel and that’s what you get on the new album Epilogue. This R&B, Electro-Soul, Funck album is eighteen tracks of brilliance. It’s got a bit of a throwback nod to Seventies R&B and funk era, but this ain’t yo mama’s music! Nah, this is a revival of great instrumentation, vocals and most of all real music, the heart and soul of an individual. Don’t get me wrong, we love a great bop as much as the next person but what you get on this album can only sound this amazing with Abernathy throwing down. Music is all about expression and human connection and this is a return to the roots.
