Reflections by Brudini
Reflections is the first single released off the upcoming concept album From Darkness, Light by Brudini and it has an almost haunting montage vibe which perfectly suits the song. The bass riff is like a siren song that lulls you into a trance while the chord progression adds an nostalgic eerie feel.
Reflections is a lonesome journey through darkness. The song rides an uneasy undercurrent: part nostalgia, part desperation, an eerie testament to current times; where vague reflections in the night uncannily evoke the darkness in our collective past.
In general concept art is meant to get the audience to think and reflect on a topic and I can say that Brudini has done just that with the upcoming album.
