Toxic Temptation by Sawyer Path
Here is another Throwback Thursday for you, this time the album Toxic Temptation by Sawyer Path which was released about a year ago. This alternative Metalcore album contains nine tracks that are pretty catchy. It has sick melodic riffs and heavy breakdowns all of which is what you want in your Metalcore listening experience. Of course, with music of this nature you’ve got songs that revolve around heavy topics such as troubled relationships, doubt, fear and failure. The band recently dropped a music video for the song ‘Through The Lies‘ and here’s what they had to say:
The video gives the audience a claustrophobic atmosphere with a dark tone. There is also a blue light on the left and a red light on the right to represent the contrast of love/hate like our album cover. We wanted the fans to feel a tormented sensation with the heavy riffs and dark lyrics, explaining a toxic relationship with someone you need to break away from.
