Erica Rabner’s new self titled, nine track album, combines R&B sensibilities with a fresh and energetic pop sound. The album ‘Erica Rabner‘ has an upbeat feel to it, which makes you want to continue to listen, even in this day and age where the single reigns supreme. Perhaps that’s due to the exceptional songwriting because all of these songs are bops! On top of that songs flow nicely from one to the next. Clearly a lot of thought and dedication went into every aspect of this album. No wonder it’s so good!
You can definitely hear the Motown influence in some of the songs but it’s mixed well with more of a modern R&B / Pop sound which keeps the album sounding fresh. I search for a lot of music online and artists like this make all the time and effort worth it. This was a nice gem to find and you should go listen to the album in its entirety.
