I & II by Madison Malone
Madison Malone recently released the double EP ‘I & II‘ which contains ten (five songs on each EP) beautifully intimate songs which are irresistible. Each EP contains an alternative version of each of the five songs which gives the listener a bit of a different feel and perspective on each song. It’s a nice contrast in sound. Here’s what Malone had to say about ‘I & II‘:
These songs are some of the most intimate words I have ever written. They speak about vulnerability, melancholy and growing up, missing the place you grew up, coming out and not being quiet about it, and creating a life of simple, pure love.
You can certainly tell that the songs on the double EP ‘I & II‘ are personal and intimate. The production for both sets of songs add to that feeling.
