snarls recently released the debut LP album ‘Burst‘ which contains ten indie alt tracks that will have you listening to this album again and again. ‘Burst‘ is a passionately worded and heartfelt album which takes the listeners on an upbeat rollercoaster ride through heartbreak. If breakups felt like this album sounds, we’d all be better off. Lyrically it’s all there, the frustration, the pain, loss, etc., however, the vocals are gentle yet emotive. Perhaps it’s best to say the vocals are like a gentle cry at time followed by moments of empowerment. It’s painful yet you end up feeling like you’ve released some of the pain.
The musical arrangement does a great job of setting the mood and tone for each song. ‘Burst‘ is the type of album everyone can get behind with the added bonus of keeping the mood fairly light and therefore shining that much need ray of light on some dark times.
