Salt & Honey by King of Foxes
Salt & Honey by King of Foxes was just released and it’s the type of pop rock album that’s fun and quirky with a nostalgic feel. Now when I say fun, I’m talking about the energy and the sound that’s the driving force behind these seven tracks. Lyrically speaking it’s going to get you in your feelings. Overall, the album deals with relationships, both with others and with ones self.
The single ‘Backsliders‘ starts out with feeling judged and alienated, but then finding a place to belong that isn’t quite right. Despite that, you constantly go back because someone makes you feel like there is a place you belong. Have a listen to Backsliders‘ below.
