The Extraterrestrial Compendium by Dire Peril
The Extraterrestrial Compendium contains twelve sci-fi power metal tracks by the duo known as Dire Peril. Any fan of power metal sci-fi will absolutely love it! You’ve got to love it when a band can fully conceptualize a theme and do it justice. Here’s a statement from the band about the album;
DIRE PERIL’s debut full length “The Extraterrestrial Compendium” bases each one of its 12 songs on classic sci-fi movies including Predator, Total Recall, Starship Troopers, and E.T. and features guest performances by Brittney Slayes (Unleash The Archers) and the mighty Arjen Anthony Luccassen (Ayreon, Star One, The Gentle Storm).
Well there you have it, tracks based of sci-fi classics as well as some guest appearances makes this album a must have for any fan of the genre.
