Holy Flutter by Lofty Stills
Holy Flutter, the nine track sophomore indie album by Lofty Stills, was recently released and this three piece indie band has finely crafted an atmospheric dreamy soundscape with the utmost care. The album is incredibly vulnerable. With so much raw emotion coming through, it is so easy to relate to the heart and soul of this bands music. I was suppose to be reviewing the songs and I ended up listening to the album multiple times, not to deconstruct and analyze the songs, but because I simply got lost in the music. A true sign of very well written, amazing music. Occasionally I might refer to being transported into the artist’s world. That moment when you connect to the creation of a perfect stranger and find a kindred spirit. It’s that moment when music becomes more than music, it becomes magic.
That’s exactly what Holy Flutter is, pure magic. I highly recommend you take a few seconds out of your day and listen to Lofty Stills newest album!
