Beautiful, Bittersweet by The Navettes
The five piece Synth Pop band, The Navettes, are back with their latest three track EP titled, ‘Beautiful, Bittersweet‘. The ‘Beautiful, Bittersweet‘ EP re-envisions and modernizes that classic, feel good, Eighties era romantic synth-pop. The song ‘What About Paris?‘ definitely pulls from that Eighties style synth which moves from understated to explosive so fluidly. Which, given the flow of the EP, is fitting as this is the last song. ‘Forever / Always‘ is a fun love song that is catchy and great to dance to.
The three tracks on the ‘Beautiful, Bittersweet‘ EP touches on the varies stages of relationships; beginning, middle and end, and the single, ‘Asleep‘ is where it all begins.
