Coasting by Honey Cutt
A few weeks ago I learned of the artist Honey Cutt and was immediately impressed with the music which you can read all about here. Well, today I’m happy to report that the album ‘Coasting‘ was released and is now ready for you all to run out and enjoy! So, I might have been waiting impatiently for this one. Nonetheless, it is here and it’s everything you (Okay, I) hoped it would be! ‘Coasting‘ contains ten tracks of that beachy surf pop sound that just brings to mind lazy summer days and thumbing your nose up at the world.
This is the kind of album that will reel you with catchy melodies and witty lyricism. Trust me when I say, before you know it, you’ll be hooked. The easy breezy feel of the album is balanced nicely with the often-darker lyrics which brings the album together well. You can watch the music video for the single ‘Vacation‘ down below.
