This week we’re starting The Drop off with ‘The Greatest Gift‘ (feat. Tolü Makay) by delush. It’s a beautifully written song. The back and forth between delush andTolü Makay is not only powerful but strikingly beautiful as well. The balance is absolutely perfect as the give and take between the two work in tandem to bring depth and passion to the forefront.
‘When the Devil Gets on His Knees to Pray‘ by Scott MacKay brings that dark Americana to tgis week list with amazing instrumentation and vocals filled with depth and emotion. It’s enough to bring a chill to your spine!
‘Lycal O.P.E.X.‘ by Psyence Fiction brings that delicious synth instrumental flavor to this weeks list. It’s dark, hypnotic and when that beat drops, it’s a whole mood!.
‘Perang Takkan Pernah Berakhir‘ by Abonation is our pick for all things in the world of metal this week. It’s a few years old but this brutal death metal beauty hit you hard. Just as it should!
‘Failing Up‘ by Trebuchet has an upbeat and cheerful sound which is in direct contrast with the lyrics. Yet, it’s absolutely the best combination and adds that extra layer and depth to the song.
‘Wolf‘ by Mary Broadcast Is an empowering and uplifting song about being strong on your own. Everyone needs a reminder from time to time that in times of loneliness you can find strength.
Dubri’s ‘Charged Up‘ is a slow tempo bop about connections shared and renewed spirits when two people connect on that deeper level. Yep, what happens in the bedroom can bring two souls to a higher state and ‘Charged Up‘ is certain to hit just right.
‘Comeback‘ by Jakub Trunk Is a whole mood. What else could there be to say about it. Just hit play, you ain’t ready for it. Brace yourself, ‘Comeback‘, hits so hard it’ll knock you back to the beginning of existence itself.
‘Fruit Fly‘ by Max Subar lyrics have great storytelling. Mix that with the upbeat guitar and you’ve got a song that’s perfect for lazy afternoons or a roadtrip!
‘Give It A Break‘ by Ivy Flindt is the perfect song to end on this week. It’s all about casting your fears aside. A good reminder to let go of the things holding you back.
