Leo is about how depression and other mental health issues, can make you lose your sense of self, and how damaging being in that place can be not only to yourself, but your loved ones. Lady in black explores sex and sexuality. It is about the raw lust you feel, and how that isn’t something that should be taboo and demonized, because it’s part of humanity, and something we should enjoy and celebrate. Battleborn is the last track, and is about violence and war. While it absolutely does not promote the use of violence in itself, it is based on the history of humanity and how coming together can be used to overcome oppressors.
