Early Hours by Drew Thomas
Drew Thomas recently released the four song EP, ‘Early Hours‘. The EP takes difficult to digest themes such as losing someone you love, dealing with addiction and love then wraps them in upbeat and uplifting musical arrangements. The contrast is lovely and provides balance to the bittersweet lyrics. Thomas’ vocals passionately soar from intense to uplifting all while singing of pain and disappointment. Each of the songs on ‘Early Hours‘ are able to stand on their own as singles, yet, they also work well together to tell an overall story. Here’s what Thomas had to say about ‘Early Hours‘:
“I wanted to take listeners through a cathartic journey in my head and show them who I am as an artist. I’m ready for the world to hear songs that I once thought were too intense of personal to share”
