Edge of Love by Lisa Redford was released last week and who know that five tracks could vary so much in style and still free so connected. This EP has the impact of an album because of it’s versatility and charm. In ‘Anything But Easy‘ you have the upbeat melody juxtaposed the sad lyrics of having to let go of someone you love. The music on ‘The Edge of Love‘, on the other hand, is solemn and go hand in hand with the lyrics of overcoming the fear of letting someone in to love you. Whereas, ‘Alone Tonight‘ is the quintessential classic country ballad.
