Night of whispering souls by Tryglav was released almost two weeks ago and this Black Metal, seven track album, is a work of art! Now it’s important for you all to know that this project is the work of one person, Boris Behara. What Behara has created here is really a testament to his talent. Here’s what founding member Boris Behara had to say about the two singles ‘Night of whispering souls‘ and ‘Evil Dead‘:
This is my favourite song off the album and it’s the song that I took the name of the album from. This song was so different at the beginning. I think that when I started to play drums to find some good patterns this song changed 3 or 4 times. It’s fast and melodic but also has some slowed down moments and a nice chorus. I really like the final part… pure headbanging!
Here is another song that I wrote for one of my previous bands. When I wrote this song, I was inspired by the “Evil Dead” movie. I think that the guitar, drums, and vocals are combined perfectly! It’s a personal favourite, I especially love the riffs for this track. Pure horror black metal!
The album is amazing in and of itself. The richness of the textures combine and give a full breadth of sound that melts your soul. The melodies are dark and beautiful.
